The Helpdesk package includes unlimited 24/7/365 Helpdesk Support. When you call into the helpdesk a highly trained support technician will pick up ready to answer any questions, make minor adjustments to your system and fix any other problems you’re experiencing. This service enables you to spend more time away from your restaurant, knowing if anything happens to your POS system your staff can quickly contact A Custom POS to resolve the issue.
This Helpdesk package is for sites with 3 POS Devices. To find out how many Devices your Point of Success site has count all the POS Terminals, the POS Server (if your site has one) and any Kitchen Video Computers. The total of these will be the number of POS Devices your site has.
