The Point of Success Software Upgrade Maintenance Plan guarantees your Point of Success software is always up to date. By being on the Software Upgrade Maintenance Plan your restaurant will receive the following benefits:
- Priority software updates, new stable versions of Point of Success are installed within 2 days of being released
- Point of Success software is kept on the most current version, meaning when a new major version is released A Custom POS covers the cost for your software upgrade
- Software upgrade is done during the night, your restaurants business will not be affected
This Software Upgrade Maintenance Plan is for sites with 3-5 POS Licenses (Standard or Premium). To find out how many licenses your Point of Success site has; open “Office Manager” > click “Tools” > click “Company Name” towards the top left corner > look toward the middle of the screen and you will see “Total Licensed Computers”.
To find out what version of the Point of Success software you’re running; open “Office Manager” > look at the left side of the screen and you will see “Point of Success Standard Edition” or “Point of Success Premium Edition”. Both Versions of the Point of Success software are covered by this package.
